With over 20 years of experience, Michelle Simms has worked as a leader in credit bureau and dispute center operations and held roles on both credit task forces as well as industry best practice groups. With a deep understanding of credit bureau operations, she knows her way around credit data from both the lending and consumer lens. In her current role, Michelle is the guru directing Credit Risk Management at CURO Financial Technologies Corp. Before coming to CURO, Michelle was the Vice President of Operations at TransUnion. She’s a fearless advocate for client satisfaction, and passionate about credit education as well as corporate philanthropy and diversity initiatives.
