Speedy Cash provides valuable services via email, push notification, SMS text messaging, telephone, and automated voice messages. These services may include account notifications, promotions, discounts/coupons, and valuable financial resources. While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you wish to unsubscribe from all or a single type of communication, you may do so by following the instructions listed below.


Existing Customers

If you're an existing Customer, you have the ability to choose the type of communication you'd like to receive for important notices. Sign in to your account to view your communication preference center and select how you'd like to receive account updates, payment reminders, and more.

To change your communication preference at any time in your online preference center, select the box next to the communication(s) you prefer. Your preferences will be saved and referenced any time we communicate with you.


Text Message Program


We only send text messages (SMS) to consumers who have opted into the Text Message Program. By opting in to receive SMS, you authorize Speedy Cash to deliver sales and marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number. These services may include account notifications, appointment reminders, payment reminders, marketing and promotions, and valuable financial resources. Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply. Speedy Cash is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS are provided on an "as is" basis.


Message Frequency: SMS frequency will vary by customer/account.


SMS Help or Support: For help or additional information regarding our SMS, email your request to CustomerService@SpeedyCash.com, call the Speedy Cash customer service line at 1-888-333-1360, or reply "HELP" to the message you receive from your mobile device.


Opt Out Rights: At any time, you may withdraw your consent to receive SMS. To unsubscribe, reply "STOP" to any SMS you receive. You can email your opt out request to CustomerService@SpeedyCash.com or call 1-888-333-1360, or visit any Speedy Cash location.

Unsubscribe Options

If you wish to unsubscribe from promotional communications or change your communication preference for account notifications, please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@SpeedyCash.com or by calling 1-888-333-1360; or visit any Speedy Cash location.

Alternatively, all communications we send offer ways to opt out directly. Follow the instructions below to opt out of each communication separately.

SMS OPT-OUT

You may opt-out and remove your phone number from additional messages by sending "STOP" to the SMS text message you have received. You will receive a STOP confirmation reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association.

EMAIL OPT-OUT

You may unsubscribe directly from any promotional email message. All promotional messages include an easily accessible link to unsubscribe from future messages and manage your email subscription options.

PUSH NOTIFICATION OPT-OUT

If you wish to discontinue receiving push notifications, you can opt out on your device.
