Title Loan FAQs
How much can I borrow with a title loan?
There are many factors that determine how much you may be approved to borrow with a title loan. Among other factors, Speedy Cash will consider:
- Vehicle condition
- Value of your vehicle
- The state you live in (maximum loan amounts vary by state)
My car isn’t brand new, will I still be able to get title cash?
Speedy Cash considers many factors when conducting an inspection. The main factor in determining value is the condition of the vehicle and not necessarily the model year. As long as you have a vehicle in working condition, then you may be eligible for a title loan.
Can I get a title loan without a clear title?
Are you still making payments on your car? Speedy Cash may still be able to help. Select Speedy Cash locations offer title loans with no clear title required. Rather than providing your clear title, you provide proof of your first (current) lien.
How do I know if I have a clear title?
Having a clear title means you are no longer making payments on your car, therefore you are the sole owner of your vehicle.
What if I don’t have a clear title?
Still making payments on your vehicle? Depending on your state, Speedy Cash may offer 2nd lien title loans for vehicles that do not currently have a clear title.
Does a title loan mean I no longer own my vehicle?
With a title loan from Speedy Cash, you remain in possession of your vehicle while you repay your loan. Speedy Cash is listed as a lien holder only for the duration of your loan. The lien is removed and your title is cleared after you have repaid your loan in full.
