While bank loans are meant for long-term expenses like homes, cars or student fees, cash advance loans are a good alternative for people with poor credit scores or who would prefer not to work with a bank. You also have access to short-term loans at any time, even during nights and weekends when traditional banks are not available. Our in-store loans provide support in the form of cash, funds loaded onto a prepaid Card, or funds can be transferred directly to your checking account through an Internet Loan.
To receive your cash advance store loan, apply online or in the store itself. If you apply online, you can pick up your loan at your local Speedy Cash location. You need to provide a repayment source, which can be a personal check in the amount of the loan plus the finance charge, or a Card. Speedy Cash then provides the money you need on the spot.
To have money transferred directly to your checking account (via ACH – Automated Clearing House) with an Internet Loan, you can apply by phone (1-888-222-1014) or online. You will have to provide a repayment source, which can be a Card, or your online banking information. Money will be transferred to your bank account as quickly as two hours for Bank of America Customers, or within one business day.
Before receiving funds, you must provide a valid checking account number for easy transfer, proof of steady income to verify your ability to repay the loan, and a working telephone number so we can easily contact you. You must be 18 years or older and cannot be a member of the U.S. Military, nor a dependent or spouse of a person in the U.S. Military.
If you have bad credit, or even no credit, Speedy Cash may still be able to provide you with a payday loan.
Depending on the origin of your loan, payments are accepted via check, Card, or ACH.
Repaying Your In-Store Cash Advance
If paying with a check, simply write in the loan amount, plus loan fees. We will hold your check until your next payday. On the due date, the check is deposited if the borrower does not return with cash to reclaim the check. If paying with a Card, we will charge your card on the day your loan repayment is due.
Repaying Your Online Cash Advance
For repaying Internet Loans with a Card, the money will automatically be withdrawn from your account. After a loan is repaid with a Card, the borrower is automatically eligible to apply for another loan online. If repaying with your ACH bank account information, you may not be able to get another loan immediately. The payment could remain pending for up to three days.
Refinancing Your Loan
If you would like to refinance your loan, or roll over payment until your next pay period, you will pay only the loan fees. Internet Loans must be refinanced before 3 p.m. on the day before your loan is due to be eligible. The refinance option is only available in select states, due to state laws and regulations.
To avoid accruing late fees, or NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) or overdraft charges from your bank, repaying the loan on time is crucial. You should also avoid using a cash advance loan as an extra source of income or as spending money. Only borrow the amount you absolutely need until the next payday and only borrow as much as you can easily repay, without putting a strain on your other financial obligations.
